I have sort of the same problem. Our DOB says 12:53 <em>p.m.</em> on the book, but it should read 12:53 <em>a.m</em>. I input the time as <em>a.m.</em> but it always reads <em>p.m. </em>on the live page. It's been like that since I've been using the site. Not a big deal, but the right time would sort of rock.
