You're not doing anything wrong there Doan. At the moment individual photos are limited to 4mb each, so it seems like you're over that.
I'll add a message to the uploader screens so that people know that before they get confused and angry! We're hoping to be able to increase that limit, but we also want to make sure that things are reliable, and bigger uploads sometimes cause problems with people on slower connections.

The photo upload limit has been raised to 5mb per photo, so hopefully you won't have any more problems with this Doan.
